محاسبه کارآیی فنی چغندرقندکاران خراسان رضوی با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها (DEA) و تحلیل مرزی تصادفی (SFA)

چکیده

چغندرقند یکی از مهمترین محصولات زراعی در استان خراسان رضوی است، که نقش بسزایی در اقتصاد این منطقه دارد. لذا بررسی کارایی این محصول مهم به نظر می­رسد. برای تحلیل اطلاعات از دو روش تحلیل پوششی داده­ها و تحلیل مرزی تصادفی استفاده شد. داده­های مورد نیاز از طریق تکمیل پرسشنامه در سه شهرستان چناران، نیشابور و قوچان از 190 بهره­بردار چغندرقند در سال زراعی 91-1390 جمع آوری شد. نتایج مدل تحلیل مرزی تصادفی نشان داد که، کارایی فنی در شهرستان­های چناران، نیشابور و قوچان به ترتیب 65، 68 و 60 درصد می­باشد. اما نتایج مدل تحلیل پوششی داده­ها نشان داد، چناران بیشترین کارایی مقیاس را با مقدار 76 درصد به خود اختصاص داده است و نتایج مشابه برای نیشابور و قوچان به ترتیب 61 و 58 درصد بدست آمد، لذا نتایج هر دو مدل حاکی از آن است که پتانسیل زیادی در جهت افزایش و بهبود کارایی در منطقه مورد مطالعه وجود دارد. همچنین 73 تا 79 درصد از مزارع چغندرقند مورد بررسی در حالت بازده صعودی نسبت به مقیاس عمل کرده­اند. لذا مصرف بیشتر نهاده­ها جهت افزایش تولید و درآمد زارعین تصمیم مناسبی می­باشد، تا از این راه افزایش تولید و در نتیجه بهبود و افزایش کارآیی حاصل شود.

Sugar beet is one of the most important crops in Khorasan Razavi, Iran, which plays an important role in the economy of this province. So, it seems to be important to study the efficiency of the crop. To analyze the sugar beet efficiency information, two methods including data envelopment analysis (DEA) and stochastic frontier analysis (SFA) methods were used. Required data were collected from 190 sugar beet growers in Chenaran, Neyshabour and Ghochan cities by filling questionnaire in 2011-12 growing season. The results of SFA method showed that the technical efficiencies in Chenaran, Neyshabour and Ghochan were 65, 68, and 60%, respectively. However, the results of DEA method showed that the highest technical efficiency (76%) was found in Chenaran followed by Neyshabour (61%) and Ghochan (58%). Therefore, results obtained from the both models indicate that there is a great potential for efficiency improvement in the province. Also, 73-79% of sugar beet fields were performing in ascending state. In conclusion, an increase in input consumption is a proper decision to improve both production and farmers’ income which also improves the efficiency.
