Paecilomyces Fumosoroseus was isolated from cysts of sugar beet nematode from Chenaran area in Khorasan. Suspension of eggs and juveniles were spread on 0.8% water agar and infected nematodes were transferred to PDA. Colony diameter on PDA in 10 days at 15°C =0.53; 20°C=2.4; 25°C=4.3; 30°C=0.0cm, basal felt with raised floccose overgrowth, white at first, changing to pink shades, reverse uncoloured or pale yellow to pale orange buff.
