Inoculums for Pythium and Phytophthora were 3-5 day actively growing colony of the pathogens on CMA medium, while for Rhizoctonia isolates were nine infected corn kernels. Evaluation of resistance to the pathogens was carried out in separate experiments as completely randomized design with three replications. Diseases severity index was measured a month after inoculation based on the available scales. The results showed that genotypes SB19-P.16, SB19-P.44 and SB19-P.78 were rather tolerant to Pythium rot. The genotype SB19-P.78 showed the lowest infection symptoms to Phytophthora rot after the resistant cultivar (Dorotea). Evaluation of sugar beet genotypes for Rhizoctonia root rot resistance showed that the genotype SB19-P.16 had a lower infection rate to AG-4 which was very close to Dorotea. Genotypes SB19-P.78, SB19-P.16 and SB19-P.44 were not significanly different from Dorotea with regard to resistance to R. solani AG-2-2. It seems that SB19-P.16, SB19-P.78 and SB19-P.44 genotypes could be included in the breeding programs to increase the resistance of sugar beet varieties. It is recommended to further evaluate these genotypes in additional experiments. In this paper, we are reporting resistant genetic germplasm of sugar beet to P. aphanidermatum and P. drechsleri for the first time inIran.}, keywords = {Pythium aphanidermatum,Phytophthora drechsleri,Rhizoctonia solani}, title_fa = {ارزیابی مقاومت ژنوتیپ‪های برتر چغندرقند به عوامل پوسیدگی مهم ریشه در شرایط گلخانه}, abstract_fa = {چهار ژنوتیپ اصلاح شده چغندرقند در برابر عوامل مهم پوسیدگی ریشه شامل Pythium aphanidermatum، Phytophthora drechsleri، ) AG 2-2) Rhizoctonia solani و (R. solani (AG 4 در شرایط گلخانه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. گیاهان 10 تا 12 هفته‪ای با زادمایه هریک از عوامل بیماری‪زا مایه‪زنی شدند. زاد مایه در مورد عوامل بیماری‪زای پیتیوم و فیتوفترا کشت سه تا پنج روزه آن‪ها روی محیط کشت CMA و در مورد قارچ رایزوکتونیا نه دانه ذرت آلوده به قارچ بود. ارزیابی مقاومت در قالب آزمایش‪های مجزا برای هر بیمارگر و به‪صورت طرح کرت‪های کاملاً تصادفی و با سه تکرار انجام شد. یک ماه بعد از مایه‪زنی میزان پوسیدگی ریشه‪ها با مقیاس‪های موجود محاسبه گردید. نتایج نشان داد که ژنوتیپ‪های 16.P-19SB، 44.P-19SB و 78.P-19SB سطحی از مقاومت را نسبت به پوسیدگی پیتیومی دارا هستند. هم‪چنین ژنوتیپ 78.P-19SB  نسبت به P. drechsleri پایین‪ترین آلودگی را بعد از شاهد مقاوم نشان داد. در ارزیابی ژنوتیپ‪های چغندرقند نسبت به R. solani با گروه آناستوموزی 4، ژنوتیپ 16.P-19SB از میزان آلودگی نزدیک به رقم مقاوم Dorotea برخوردار بود. در ارزیابی مقاومت ژنوتیپ‪های چغندرقند مورد مطالعه نسبت به ) AG 2-2) R. solani سه ژنوتیپ اصلاحی 16.P-19SB، 44.P-19SB و 78.P-19SB با شاهد مقاوم Dorotea اختلاف معنی‪داری نداشتند. به نظر می‪رسد که ژنوتیپ‪های 16.P-19SB، 78.P-19SB و 44.P-19SB ژرم پلاسم‪های مناسبی برای دورگ‪گیری و تهیه ارقام متحمل چغندرقند به عوامل بیماری‪زای پوسیدگی ریشه باشند. این گزارش اولین مورد از وجود منبع مقاومت در گونه Beta vulgaris  نسبت به بیمارگرهای ریشه ناشی از P. aphanidermatum و P. drechsleri در ایران محسوب می‪شود.}, keywords_fa = {پوسیدگی ریشه,چغندرقند,مقاومت,Pythium aphanidermatum,Phytophthora drechsleri,Rhizoctonia solani}, url = {https://jsb.areeo.ac.ir/article_682.html}, eprint = {https://jsb.areeo.ac.ir/article_682_4a5394abb729e101d4a6c139096d6617.pdf} }
