گزینش برای تحمل به خشکی در فامیل های نیمه خواهری (Half sib family) در چغندر قند
یکی از مؤثرترین روشهای کاهش مقابله با خشکی و افزایش رادمان مصرف آب، اصلاح و تهیه ارقام مقاوم به خشکی است که از تحمل بالایی به خشکی برخوردار بوده و به ازاء یک واحد کاهش مصرف آب، کاهش عملکرد کمتری داشته باشند. بدین منظور اصلاح گردهافشانهای دیپلوئید متحمل به خشکی بهعنوان یکی از پایههای رقم هیبرید مدنظر قرار گرفت. از چهار توده گردهافشان دیپلوئید، تعداد 45 فامیل نیمهخواهری تهیه و در شرایط تنش خشکی ارزیابی و فامیلهای برتر با بیشترین عملکردریشه انتخاب شدند. سپس فامیلهای جدید تهیه و پس از ارزیابی نهایی، 23 فامیل برتر انتخاب و با یک سینگل کراس نرعقیم منوژرم بهعنوان والد مادری تلاقی داده شدند و 23 هیبرید تست کراس بهدست آمد. این هیبریدها به همراه رقم گدوک و یک هیبرید متحمل به تنش خشکی (IR7) بهعنوان شاهد (در مجموع 25 تیمار) در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در چهار تکرار در دو آزمایش با آبیاری نرمال و تنش خشکی در ایستگاه طرق مشهد به مدت دو سال زراعی (86 و 87) مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. در آزمایش بدونتنش، آبیاری در طول فصل رشد بهطور معمول بر اساس 90 میلیمتر تبخیر از طشتک کلاس A انجام شد، ولی در آزمایش تنشخشکی آبیاری بر اساس اندازهگیری رطوبت خاک در عمقهای مختلف (پس از تخلیه رطوبتی خاک تا نقطه پژمردگی) صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بین فامیلها از نظر عملکرد شکر در دو آزمایش آبیاری نرمال و تنشخشکی اختلاف معنیدار وجود داشت. بهطور متوسط عملکرد شکر از 15/20 تن در هکتار در روش آبیاری نرمال به 7/10 تن در هکتار در تنشخشکی کاهش یافت. بیشترین عملکردریشه در شرایط تنشخشکی به هیبرید تست کراس شماره 12 با شجره (436*231)*SBSI-DR I-HSF-14-P.35 به مقدار 55/78 تن در هکتار تعلق داشته است که با هیبریدهای شماره 7 ،6 ، 14، 2، 5، 10 و 3 بدون اختلاف معنیدار در گروه برتر و رقم شاهد IR7 با عملکردریشه کمتر در گروه بعدی قرار گرفتند. همچنین، در تنشخشکی بیشترین شکر تولیدی به مقدار 7/93 تن در هکتار به هیبرید شماره 7 با شجره(436*231)*SBSI-DR I-HSF-14-P.7 تعلق داشت. به منظور انتخاب هیبریدهای متحمل به خشکی از شاخصهای تحمل به تنش(STI)، حساسیت به تنش(SSI) و تحمل(TOL) بر مبنای عملکردشکر استفاده شد. براساس نتایج حاصله، هیبریدهای تست کراس شماره 7، 9، 12، 18 و 22 بهعنوان هیبریدهای متحمل شناخته شدند ولی با توجه به بیشترین عملکردشکر در روش تنش از بین پنج هیبرید فوق، هیبریدهای شماره 7 {(436*231)*SBSI-DR I-HSF-14-P.7} و 12 {(436*231)* SBSI-DR I-HSF-14-P.35} به ترتیب با عملکرد شکر 7/93 و 7/15 تن در هکتار بهعنوان هیبریدهای برتر متحمل انتخاب شدند.

ارزیابی شاخص های تحمل به خشکی و همبستگی بین آنها در لاین های چغندرقند
در بهار سال 1391، به منظور تعیین بهترین شاخصهای کمی تحمل به خشکی در ژنوتیپهای چغندرقند، آزمایشی بهصورت طرحکرتهای خرد شده در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی مرحوم مطهری مؤسسه تحقیقات چغندرقند درکمالشهر کرجانجام گرفت. دو تیمار آبیاری شامل آبیاری نرمال پس از 90-80 میلیمتر و آبیاری با اعمال تنش پس از 270 میلیمتر تبخیر از تشتکتبخیر کلاس A در کرتهای اصلی و 36 ژنوتیپ چغندرقند در کرتهای فرعی قرار داده شدند. شاخصهای حساسیت به تنش (SSI)، میانگین هارمونیک (Harm)، تحمل (TOL)، بهرهوری متوسط (MP)، پایداری عملکرد (YSI)، واکنش نسبت به خشکی (DRI)، تحمل تنش (STI)، میانگین هندسی بهرهوری (GMP)، عملکرد (YI)، مقاومت به خشکی (DI)، تحمل به تنش تغییر یافته (MSTI)، میزان محصول محیط غیرتنش و تنش(SNPI)، تحمل به تنشهای غیر-زیستی (ATI)، درصد حساسیت به تنش (SSPI)، و کاهش نسبی عملکرد (RDY) تعیین گردیدند. بر پایه دستورالعمل فرناندز، هشت ژنوتیپ 3، 35، 32، 5، 34، 13، 26 و 36 جزو گروه A (عملکرد بالا در شرایط نرمال و تنش) قرار گرفتند. مقایسه 16 شاخص مختلف تحمل نیز نشان داد که هفت شاخص GMP، Harm و MSTI (بر مبنای K2STI)،SNPI، STI،YI و YS توانستند هشت ژنوتیپ متعلق به گروه A را بهدرستی تشخیص دهند. اگرچه، مطالعه ضرایب همبستگی بین شاخصهای تحمل و عملکرد شکرخام در شرایط نرمال و تنش حاکی از برتری شاخصهایSSPI،ATI، MP، TOL، GMP، STI، RDY، Harm،YI،SNPI و DI بود.

ارزیابی هیبریدهای دیپلوئید با فرم ریشه صاف و گرد (Broad elliptic) در چغندرقند
چغندرقند ریشهای مخروطی شکل دارد که در زمان برداشت انتهای آن شکسته و در زمین باقی میماند لذا میزان قابل توجهی از محصول ریشه و به تبع آن محصول قند از بین میرود. ضمناً خاک مزرعه نیز در شیارهای جانبی ریشه باقی مانده و همراه آن به کارخانه قند حمل میگردد. در مناطق آلوده به نماتد و ریزومانیا خاکی که با ریشه چغندرقند جابجا میشود موجب گسترش این بیماریها میشود. گسترش بیماری از یکسو و نیز اتلاف عملکرد ریشه از سوی دیگر محققین را بر آن داشت که بدنبال تهیه هیبرید هایی با فرم ریشه صاف و گرد باشند تا میزان خسارت و انتقال آلودگی به حداقل برسد. در این تحقیق از فامیل های فول سیب دو جمعیت F2 با کدهای 27102 و 27131 با فرم ریشه صاف و گرد جهت تهیه هیبرید استفاده شد. پایه مادری مورد استفاده (سینگل کراس 231*261) از صفات کمی و کیفی مطلوبی برخوردار بود. ارقام هلیکس و رسول بدلیل دارا بودن عیار قند بالا، راندمان استحصال مناسب و فرم ریشه مطلوب به عنوان شاهد در این آزمایش مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. هیبریدهای بدست آمده در یک آزمایش شامل 16 رقم و درقالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار در دو منطقه کرج و مغان مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، تجزیه بای پلات و تجزیه خوشهای برمبنای میانگین صفات کمی و کیفی، هیبریدها به پنج گروه تقسیم شدند. برمبنای صفات ظاهری ریشه ( صافی ، فرم و یکنواختی ریشه) و نیز صفات کمی و کیفی (عملکرد ریشه ، عملکرد شکر ، عیار قند و راندمان استحصال) هیبریدهای (261*231) * 27102-S1.25 ، (261*231) * 27102-S1.44 و (261*231) * 27131-S1.3 که به ترتیب 84/83 ، 68/80 و 28/71 تن در هکتار عملکرد ریشه داشتند به عنوان بهترین هیبریدها شناخته شدند.

اثر سطوح مختلف پتاسیم و نیتروژن بر عملکردهای کمی و کیفی چغندرقند در شرایط تنش خشکی
برآورد نیاز غذایی چغندرقند به دو عنصر پرمصرف نیتروژن و پتاسیم در شرایط تنش خشکی بسیار حائز اهمیت است. برای این منظور ژنوتیپ متحمل به خشکی BP کرج بهصورت آزمایش اسپلیت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار طی سه سال در ایستگاه مهندس مطهری کرج مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تیمارهای آبیاری شامل: آبیاری بدون اعمال تنش (شاهد)، آبیاری با تنش اول فصل و آبیاری با تنش در طول فصل رشد، در کرت اصلی بود. 12 تیمار ترکیبی با چهار سطح نیتروژن خالص از منبع اوره (0، 50، 100، و 150) و سه سطح پتاسیم از منبع سولفات پتاسیم (0، 100 و 200 کیلوگرم در هکتار) در کرتهای فرعی قرار گرفتند. بیشترین عملکرد ریشه و عملکرد قند خالص از تیمار آبیاری شاهد بهترتیب به میزان 43/49 و 94/5 تن در هکتار بدست آمد. عملکرد ریشه در تیمارهای تنش اول فصل و تنش در طول فصل بهترتیب 84/39 و 85/34 تن در هکتار بوده که به ترتیب 19 و 30 درصد کاهش عملکرد نسبت به تیمار آبیاری شاهد نشان دادند. اثر متقابل نیتروژن و پتاسیم بر عملکرد ریشه، قند ناخالص و قندخالص در سطح اطمینان پنج درصد ( P<0.05) معنیدار بود. مناسبترین ترکیب کود نیتروژن و پتاسیم تحت شرایط این آزمایش جهت دستیابی به بیشترین عملکرد قند خالص و بالاترین راندمان مصرف آب، 150 کیلوگرم نیتروژن خالص و 100 کیلوگرم پتاسیم خالص در هکتار بدست آمد.

بررسی تاثیر فشردگی خاک بستر جویچه و آرایش کاشت بر بهرهوری آب در زراعت چغندرقند
این پژوهش در استان آذربایجان غربی در دو سال زراعی 1388 و 1389 به صورت کرتهای خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی اجرا شد. دو تیمار آرایش شامل: 1- کاشت یک ردیف روی پشته با فاصله ردیف ۵۰ سانتیمتر، 2- کاشت دو ردیف روی پشته به فاصله 40 سانتیمتر و فاصله دو پشته 50 سانتیمتر (50*40)، در کرتهای اصلی و چهار تیمار چگونگی فشردگی بستر شیار شامل: 1- بدون فشردگی، 2- ایجاد فشردگی در بستر شیار با یک نوبت غلطکزنی، 3- دو نوبت غلطکزنی و 4- سه نوبت غلطکزنی در کرتهای فرعی قرار داده شد. فشردگی خاک بستر شیار روی عملکردریشه و شکر تأثیر معنیدار نداشت. اثر آرایش کاشت روی عملکردریشه و شکر چغندرقند در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنیدار شد. تغییر آرایش کاشت معمول منطقه (یک ردیفه 50 سانتیمتر) به آرایش کاشت دو ردیفه 50×40 موجب افزایش 15/6 درصدی عملکردریشه، افزایش 20/7 درصدی عملکرد شکرناخالص و کاهش 24/2 درصدی در مصرف آب گردید. غلطکزنی و ایجاد فشردگی خاک بستر شیار موجب صرفهجویی در مصرف آب شد به طوریکه مقدار مصرف آب آبیاری در تیمار بدون غلطک 14080 مترمکعب در هکتار بود که با یک، دو و سه نوبت غلطکزنی به ترتیب 10/6، 14/9 و 18/8 درصد در مصرف آب صرفهجویی شد. تیمار آرایش کاشت دو ردیفه 50×40 و انجام دو نوبت غلطکزنی در زراعت چغندرقند به عنوان تیمار برتر در منطقه نقده، قابل توصیه بوده و اعمال این تیمار در روش آبیاری سطحی مصرف آب را 34/7 درصد کاهش خواهد داد.

تأثیرپوششدار و پلت کردن بذر با استفاده از باکتریهای محرک رشد بر جوانهزنی و رشد گیاهچه چغندرقند
در این تحقیقتاثیر دو روش پوششدار و پلتکردن یک رقم بذر چغندرقند در12 سطح باکتری (شاهد، کاربرد انفرادی باکتریهای ازتوباکتر، باسیلوس، سودوموناس، آزوسپیریلوم، تلفیق دوتایی و تلفیق مجموع باکتریها با هم با غلظت 1-CFU ml 107 (تعداد کلونی تشکیل شده باکتری در میلی لیتر) بر درصد و سرعت ظهور گیاهچه، طول و وزن ریشه چه و ساقه چه، تعداد گیاهچه های عادیوغیر عادی، شاخص طولی و وزنی بنیه بذر و ماندگاری جمعیت باکتری ها در پوشش بذر پس از شش ماه پس از تیمار کردن و نگهداری بررسی شد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل دو عاملی در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار درسال 1393 انجام شد. کاربرد باکتری بر صفات وزن تر گیاهچه، درصد گیاهچه عادی، شاخص وزنی و طولی بنیه بذر اثر معنی دار گذاشت ولی دو روش پوشش و پلت کردن بذر بر هیچ یک از صفات معنی دار نبود. نتایج نشان داد که پوشش بذر با باکتری سودوموناس موجب افزایش 160، 50، 128 و 90 درصدی نسبت به تیمار شاهد به ترتیب در وزن ترگیاهچه، درصدگیاهچه عادی شاخص طولی بنیه بذر و شاخص وزنی بنیه بذر نسبت به تیمار شاهد شد. همچنین تلفیق باکتری سودوموناس و ازتوباکتر نیز مناسب بود. نتایج قدرت ماندگاری باکتری پس از شش ماه در بذرهای پلت شده در مقایسه با بذرهای پوشش دار شده بیشتر بود. جمعیت باکتری های باسیلوس، سودوموناس، آزوسپیریلوم و ازتوباکتر در روی بذرهای پوشش دار شده به ترتیب 25000، 15950، صفر و 14100 CFU بود.

بررسی ساختار جوامع و تنوع گونهای علفهایهرز مزارع چغندرقند استان کرمانشاه
به منظور شناسایی و تعیین پوشش علفهرز مزارع چغندرقند استان کرمانشاه، 92 مزرعه چغندرقند درپنج شهرستان این استان در سال زراعی 1393 انتخاب و در دو مرحله نمونهبرداری( نیمه دوم اردیبهشت و اواخر شهریور ماه) و مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. با شمارش علفهایهرز به تفکیک جنس و گونه، شاخصهای جمعیتی آنها محاسبه شد. برای تمامی مزارع طول و عرض جغرافیایی و ارتفاع از سطح دریا توسط دستگاه GPS ثبت گردید. در اقلیمهای مختلف این استان 85 گونه علفهرز متعلق به 31 خانواده گیاهی در مزارع چغندرقند شناسایی شد. علفهایهرز پهن برگ غالب مزارع چغندرقند طی مرحله نمونهبرداری ابتدای فصل ( نیمه دوم اردیبهشت) به ترتیب اهمیت عبارت بودند از سلمهتره(L Chenopodium album) و پیچکصحرایی( Convolvulus arvensis L)، به ترتیب با شاخص غالبیت 22/189 و 09/124 و در نمونهبرداری انتهای فصل رشد( اواخر شهریور) علفهایهرز پهن برگ غالب سلمهتره( C. album)، تاج خروس (Amaranthus viridisL )، پیچکصحرایی( C. arvensis) و توق( (Xanthium strumarium L بودند که به ترتیب شاخص غالبیت 92/207، 194، 22/111 و 93/107 را داشتند. علاوه بر این، علفهرز چسبک (Setaria viridis ( L) P. Beauv ) بهعنوان باریک برگ غالب مزرعه چغندرقند بود که به ترتیب در نمونهبرداری ابتدا و انتهای فصل رشد شاخص غالبیت 73/79 و 35/176 را دارا بود.

نرخ بازده سرمایهگذاری در تحقیقات اصلاح چغندرقند در ایران
هدف کلی مطالعه حاضر، بررسی اقتصادی بودن سرمایهگذاری در تحقیقات اصلاح و تهیه ارقام چغندرقند در ایران است. آمار و اطلاعات مورد نیاز شامل ارزش و هزینه تولید چغندرقند در سال 1389 و هزینه تحقیقات اصلاح بذر چغندرقند در سال مذکور به ترتیب از اداره کل آمار و اطلاعات وزارت جهادکشاورزی و سازمان تحقیقات، آموزش و ترویج کشاورزی جمع آوری شد. پس از برآورد تابعی که در آن متغیر وابسته ارزش محصول و متغیرهای مستقل آن هزینه نهادههای متعارف(آب، کارگر، بذر و ...) و هزینه تحقیقات اصلاح بذر چغندرقند بود، نرخ بازده سرمایهگذاری در تحقیقات مذکور با استفاده از مفاهیمی نظیر تولید متوسط، تولید نهایی و نرخ بهره سرمایهگذاری محاسبه شد. براساس نتایج میزان تولید نهایی متغیر هزینه تحقیقات اصلاح بذر چغندرقند معادل 10/93 ریال است. نتایج همچنین موید آن بود که دامنه تغییرات نرخ بازده سرمایه گذاری در تحقیقات مذکور بین 48/97 و 37/56 درصد به ترتیب برای تاخیرهای زمانی شش و 7/5 سال و میزان نرخ بازده سرمایهگذاری در تحقیقات مورد نظر در میانه دامنه زمانی مذکور 52/42 درصد بود که این موضوع مبین اقتصادی بودن سرمایه گذاری در تحقیقات اصلاح ارقام چغندرقند در ایران میباشد.
